Tredy Company is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, of death. The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Tredy Company, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, etc.
OUR POMPEII TOUR:
Our Pompeii day trip is not private and is shared with other visitors. A professional English-speaking guide will lead the visitors for 2 hours and half in Pompeii ruins. Our tour takes place every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.00 am (10,30 am the beginning of the tour) from 28 april to 24 october. The meeting is by the exit of Pompeii train station - You'll find a person in charge with a visible sign. You'll be welcome and You can pay on the spot the rest of the sum (10,5 Euros), as You paid already 2,5 Euros per person for the reservation of the tour. You'll have the time for buying Your entrance fee on Your own. Afterwards You'll be given a radio with its earpiece.
It will allow the guide, equipped with a microphone, to transmit all the information to the members of the group, endowed with personal receivers. The visitors can perfectly listen to the indications of the guide, particularly it results essential in the sites to elevated influx of visitors.
REFUNDS ON UNUSED SERVICES:
Our Tours are sold as a package and therefore we cannot refund a client for services that he/she has decided not to utilize.
Most of the tours will operate rain or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions.
At times, We shall cancel this Pompeii tour due to weather-related safety considerations. In this instance, refunds will be made for guests holding tickets on a cancelled excursion, and all efforts will be made to accommodate guests on an alternate excursion.
CANCELLATION BY TREDY COMPANY:
In case Pompeii tour cannot take place for circumstances beyond our control, You will be completely reimbursed or Tredy Company will provide You with an alternative tour, chosen by mutual consent. Tredy Company is not responsible for additional expenses that may be incurred by a client in relation to a cancelled tour (i.e. flights, hotels etc).
No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who interrupt their tour after its beginning for any reason.
DISPUTES:
The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we can not settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian Court.
RESERVATION OF OUR POMPEII TOUR:
The total price of Pompeii tour of two hours and half is of Euros 13 per person. Payment will be allowed to TREDY Company through credit card or bank transfer order.
SOLUTION A: CREDIT CARD
It is sufficient that You send us Your credit card number. Kindly specify the Cardholder�s Name (as it appears on card), the Card Number, the card type (Visa or Mastercard), the City, State/Province and the Country where Your live, the Postal code, for how many people You reserve the tour.
But we suggest You to send us two different e-mails where You can split the number of Your credit card into two: half on one e-mail and half on the other: it is safer. In alternative, You can send us Your card number by fax which is 0039(0)815321145. Otherwise You can communicate us Your credit card number directly by phone : (++39) 081 5341600.
We do not take money from Your credit card, but it will be kept as guarantee: the total sum (13 Euros per person) will be taken only in case You do not come to the tour at all.
SOLUTION B: BANK TRANSFER ORDER
The payment can be allowed also by bank transfer order: in this case we ask You the total sum of 13 Euros per person on the tour.

When You send us by fax on ++39(0)815321145 or by e-mail the copy of Your bank transfer order, You have reserved the Pompeii tour.
Anyway we are ready to find any other solution of payment with You.
