A: Yes, on request.
Q: Are pets welcome?
A: It depends on the type of excursion (or package). In Pompeii ruins for example it is possible to enter the excavations with Your dog, but it is forbidden in the museums. Please ask info when You reserve.
Q: Can we start our excursions from any spot ?
A: Yes. We can start any excursion from any spot (hotel, port, airport) You tell us.
Q: Do You have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport ?
A: Yes, on request - extra charge.
Q: Are You car rental too ?
A: Yes. Kindly ask info if You wish to rent a car with us.
Q: Which languages are spoken in Your office if we wish to talk to you directly by phone ?
A: In our office we speak Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.
Q: Are there any extra costs in addition to the price of the excursion shown on the website?
A: Normally our excursions include the entrance fees too. But anyway all information is clearly written on the description of the tour .

A: We can arrange any tour starting from any time.
Q: Is it compulsory a minimum number of passengers on the tour ?
A: No. It is sufficient also one person.

A: Yes, You can. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as TREDY on the credit card statement.

A: Unless it is specifically mentioned in the tour description, normally meals are not included.
Q: Will I need special clothing on my Shore Excursion?
A: You should plan to dress accordingly for the destination You are in and the tour You are taking. Anyway, Your shore excursion description will provide more clothing recommendations as well.
Q: How physically challenging are Shore Excursions?
A: Most tours require some degree of walking; however, some excursions include extensive walking and hiking. Some tours can be very high energy. Anyway, whatever Your fitness level, we highly recommend comfortable, low-heeled walking shoes.
Q: I have a disability. Which tours should I take?
A: A shore excursion tour may not be suitable for everyone. Some tours involve significant physical exertion or require special skills. For many tours, we have tried to indicate what we know about this aspect of the excursion. Do not exceed your own physical limitations. Only you can judge Your physical condition. A: This really depends upon the tour. Whenever possible, departure and return times are scheduled to give You time to shop or explore on your own. The local guides are considered top experts on local history and sights, offering You a chance to fully appreciate and experience their hometowns. Shore excursions are designed and organized in such a way to maximize Your time and to give You free time as well.
Q: Is Your trip suitable for young children?
A: Obviously it depends on the excursions: some could be a little bit tiring for children whilst some others can be more suitable.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad ?
A: The excursions take place indipendently from the weather conditions. Consider also that the climate here is very changeable: You can start the visit with the rain and You finish with the sun. Anyway no visit can be cancelled at the last moment.
Q: Do you have special rates for kids ?
A: Children ages 3-15 are half price on all our trips. Under 3 are free.
Q: How long before the departure of the tour do I have to book?
A: We suggest You to reserve the excursions as soon as possible because You could not find them available anymore. Anyway You can book any package (or excursion) within 24 hours before the beginning of the tour.
